For our renowned own brand Buderus, we are looking to strengthen our team in the German-speaking part of Switzerland with a reliable and independent personality as a Service Technician Biomass (m/f/div.).

Job Description

• You professionally commission biomass (wood) heating systems, electric central storage heaters, hot water systems, solar systems, and control systems and carry out repair and maintenance work.
• You carefully maintain the systems according to the high Buderus quality standards.
• You analyze and resolve malfunctions – expertly, efficiently, and independently.
• You advise our customers on the optimal device settings according to their individual needs.
• You inform them about the benefits of our optional Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You organize your service assignments independently and reliably report back to our customers and dispatch.
• You take turns with the team on the on-call duty (standby).

Qualifications

• Education: EFZ training; preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry
• Personality and working style: reliable, responsible, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
• Experience: Experience in the industry is desirable but "a positive mindset, great willingness to learn, and interest in the subject" are much more important to us
• Languages: confident German language skills
