You actively take responsibility in daily service operations and work with the team to ensure smooth processes - even when things get hectic. In close communication with the kitchen and other departments, you contribute to ensuring that our guests feel completely comfortable and that our processes function hand in hand. You keep a watchful eye on our quality and hygiene standards and help to implement them consistently.
