Head of Internal Sales / Deputy Head of Home Delivery Services m/f/d 80 - 100%

• You lead, support, and further develop the internal sales team (4-5 employees)
• You coordinate the handling of customer inquiries and orders with your team (phone, email, webshop)
• You ensure professional and solution-oriented customer service
• You optimize processes, thereby increasing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
• You work closely with the Head of Home Delivery Services and logistics
• You take on deputy tasks in administration (e.g., invoicing, month-end closing)

• Commercial basic training or equivalent education
• At least three years of experience in internal sales, ideally in a delivery or subscription service
• Leadership experience in a small team
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Structured, independent, and flexible working style
• Enjoy working in a small and flexible team
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Good French skills, spoken and written
