What you can achieve
- You reliably ensure the maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of the HVAC infrastructure.
- Maintenance work is coordinated, prioritized, and implemented efficiently.
- You systematically analyze technical malfunctions in all buildings and resolve them sustainably.
- You actively contribute to and implement energy optimizations and technical improvements.
- You are actively involved in the installation and commissioning of new systems.
- In projects such as renovations, new constructions, or special assignments, you support with your expertise and ensure documentation and implementation according to internal standards.
What you bring
- Completed training in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration technology and solid expertise in the HVAC field
- Several years of experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, as well as experience in coordinating and distributing tasks
- Fluent in German, good MS Office skills
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented working style
- Independent, strong in implementation, and resilient - even when "everything happens at once"
- Experience in coordinating external service partners and guiding employees
