We are looking for a new team member to start immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Individual and resource-oriented care and nursing of our residents
- Taking over daily responsibility
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with general practitioners, therapists, and other departments of the Cantonal Health Center Appenzell
- Co-responsibility for medication management
- Quality assurance and further development of nursing
We expect
- Training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Communicative and decisive person who appreciates working with elderly people
- Good knowledge of German
- Good PC user skills and experience with common IT programs
