HERE YOU MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Main accounting

• Post, bank transactions, and credit card transactions
• Expense accounting for the branches
• Assistance with closings (monthly and annual closings)
• Point of contact for the branches regarding cash handling and troubleshooting/corrections

Accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Creating invoices and posting accounts receivable
• Daily collection and posting of QR payment files
• Proof of auxiliary books for monthly closing (OP lists and general ledger)
• Collection for outstanding payments
• Recording creditors and clarifications with internal/external parties in case of discrepancies
• Creating weekly payment runs

Diverse tasks

• Support in the training of apprentices
• Assistance in the execution of projects

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU

• You have a commercial basic education and at least 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in accounting
• You work accurately, efficiently, and appreciate an independent working style
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is a plus
• Knowledge of the accounting application ABACUS is an advantage
