Customer Services Coordinator Front Desk (m/f/d) 100%
Your main tasks:
Visitor Center (VC)
• Staffing the reception during opening hours
• First point of contact for guests
• Ensuring a customer-friendly visitor reception and optimal guest care, especially for VIPs and group registrations
• Ensuring access and exit control
• Issuing visitor badges including craftsman registrations
• Parking card management
FM Center (FM)
• Managing the complete access control system
• Managing parking administration
• Managing badge administration
• Key management for various buildings
• Participation in various projects, such as process creation related to FM or similar
Conference Center (CC)
• Managing and maintaining the 30 rooms in the Syngenta Conference Center
• Timely preparation of the setups requested by users in the meeting rooms
• Ensuring optimal utilization of the meeting rooms through active management
• Organizing conference technology for events and providing corresponding technical support in case of problems
• Continuous inspection of individual meeting rooms for cleanliness, etc.
• Supporting event organization
• Receiving table reservations for the cafeteria lounge area
Your profile:
• Completed vocational training in commercial fields, hospitality, retail, or similar
• Practical experience in customer interaction, experience at a reception, customer reception, or similar is mandatory
• Administrative experience or work with MS Office user experience
• Service- and customer-oriented, high communication skills, polite & confident demeanor, team-oriented, helpful, conflict resolution skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers, confidentiality regarding sensitive information, committed and independent working style, high self-motivation and dedication, good communication skills
• Good PC skills (MS Office) and IF6040, willingness to work irregular hours and shift work
• Fluent in German, English is an advantage
