Your tasks
You are responsible for the personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of your employees and lead both the early and late shifts. Your main tasks include in particular:
- Control and planning of processes based on relevant key figures
- Ensuring timely availability of goods in consistently high quality
- Conducting deadline and quality checks as well as handling complaints
- Maintaining changes and bookings in the ERP (Microsoft D365)
- Performing inventory checks and stocktaking
- Optimizing warehouse processes and managing storage locations
- Assisting with storage and relocation tasks
- Picking in the automatic small parts warehouse (Autostore), area warehouse, and cable warehouse
- Active support of the team in daily business
Your profile
- Completed vocational training, ideally in logistics
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in logistics and warehousing
- Experience in goods dispatch is desirable
- High commitment and initiative
- Enjoy leading and developing a team
- Strategic and analytical thinking to optimize processes
- Quick comprehension and networked thinking
- Independent, precise, and team-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Confident handling of MS Office
