About the job
Our new hospital with state-of-the-art infrastructure ensures comprehensive outpatient and inpatient extended basic care for the canton of Uri with its extensive range of services.
Our interdisciplinary acute ward cares for inpatient patients from all specialties.
On our interdisciplinary acute wards, which are organized according to Lean Management and comprise around 70 beds, our patients are treated competently, personally, and with heart. We live an active DU culture with flat hierarchies and promote an open, collegial working environment. You can expect a lively environment with diverse learning and development opportunities.
For acute care, we are looking for a committed Health Specialist FaGe to start immediately or by arrangement.
YOUR TASKS
- Professional care and support of patients in the acute area
- Ensuring a high quality of care
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other departments
- Active participation in internal training sessions
- Support and guidance of trainee health specialists during their training
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Enjoyment of working in the acute area of a regional hospital
- Responsible, committed personality who applies their experience purposefully
- Team-oriented, communicative, and open to interdisciplinary collaboration
