Are you looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic work environment? SIX Exchange Regulation AG (SER) ensures independent regulation and supervision of SIX exchanges as an autonomous body. In the Operations & Projects team, you work as a Specialist Operations & Projects (60% workload) in a small team at the interface between business and IT. As a doer with a quick grasp and a structured and goal-oriented working method, you independently handle topics in the areas of operations and IT. Thanks to your experience, good organizational talent combined with networked thinking, you move competently in a constantly changing environment and are not afraid to really get involved in projects. We offer you the chance to actively shape a dynamic environment and to further advance standardization/digitalization.
These are your tasks
- Support and advise employees on operations and IT topics in daily business
- Represent business interests vis-à-vis central IT and other internal departments
- Capture and document business requirements in close collaboration with specialist teams and accompany them until successful implementation
- Impact analyses of changes and innovations on business processes and applications
- Identify and realize optimization potential
This is what you bring
- Education in business informatics, organization, business administration or equivalent education
- 1-2 years of experience in requirements engineering in the financial sector, preferably in a regulated environment
- Practical experience in an agile delivery model (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Quick comprehension, analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as independent, reliable and precise working style
- Confident German and good English skills
