These are your tasks:

• Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of dishes
• Proper storage and processing of goods
• Design of our menu offerings
• Organization and purchasing of goods
• Ensuring efficient cooperation of all kitchen stations
• Review of daily tasks and coordination with the kitchen team
• Compliance with and control of hygiene regulations
