Shift Supervisor/Plant Supervisor in 3-Shift Operation

We are an owner-managed Swiss family business that has been developing, producing, and assembling plastic parts using injection molding on behalf of customers since 1981. Versatility in individual customer solutions, precision in tool development, efficiency in series production, and flexibility in assembly are our strengths. The SKS team consists of around 100 employees.

For our production department we are looking for a

Shift Supervisor/Plant Supervisor Plastic Processing Injection Molding (m/f)

in 3-shift operation.

• Monitoring the injection molding machines and troubleshooting level 1
• Technical leadership of the shift staff
• Providing raw and packaging materials
• Quality control of the produced parts including documentation
• Packing the finished parts
• Documentation and reporting of malfunctions and problems
• Monitoring material supply during the shift and storage of materials in the warehouse

• Technical flair and several years of professional experience in a production company, preferably in the plastic injection molding sector
• Willingness to work shifts including nights
• German language skills at least level B1 completed
• High quality awareness
• Committed and independent working style
• Teamwork, flexibility, and physical resilience
