Your responsibilities
You lead 4-5 employees of the Zurich team in professional and personnel matters. With your expertise, you advise owners on the preservation and optimization of the entrusted properties. You are responsible for customer satisfaction, budget and quality assurance processes, as well as the continuous improvement of existing procedures. In this role, you participate in the extended management committee.
Your qualifications
■ Federal diploma as a property manager or equivalent further education in the real estate sector
■ Several years of practical and initial leadership experience in property management
■ Very good planning and organizational skills
■ Category B driving license is an advantage
■ Structured working style, resilient and decisive
■ Proficient in MS Office
