The EOC, the multi-site hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. To complete our nursing team of the Endoscopy and Ambulatory Surgery Unit (UEC) of the Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valli, we are looking for a
Nurse (80%-100%)
Profile:
The person we are looking for is a nurse with a diploma in general care from SUPSI / SSSCI or an equivalent qualification recognized by the CRS with at least three years of experience in a general acute ward. Knowledge of a national language other than Italian is a preferred qualification.
Flexibility related to changing service conditions is a necessary prerequisite also in view of future service development projects.
The collaborator we are looking for is willing to work in a multidisciplinary context (gastroenterology, pneumology, urology, ophthalmology, minor surgery, etc.)
They demonstrate good familiarity with the use of techno-medical equipment and/or are willing to learn; excellent manual skills are required.
The future collaborator listens attentively to their interlocutors, establishes constructive and effective relationships inside and outside the institute, and is able to base relationships on respect and trust.
They have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as being dynamic, flexible, proactive, and able to handle stress. They are autonomous in managing their tasks and have good organizational skills.
They believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient and their family at the center of all our attention.
