Your tasks
- You produce plants as a team from seedling to cutting to finished plant in organic quality.
- You plant flower columns and flower boxes, among other things for the decoration of the Kapellbrücke Lucerne.
- You maintain the indoor greenery of municipal buildings.
- You actively engage as a practical trainer for our apprentices.
Your profile
- You have a gardening apprenticeship EFZ in the field of ornamental plants / plant production.
- You enjoy working in a team and training apprentices and are motivated by it.
- You have experience with organic plant cultivation or are willing to acquire the necessary knowledge.
- You work reliably and like to take responsibility.
