• Professional care: Comprehensive care and nursing of our clients
• Care planning: Conducting needs assessments (interRAI) and creating care plans
• Case management: Personal accompaniment and support as case manager
• Daily responsibility: Contact person for all employees on tour
• Coordination: Organization of admissions and discharges as well as communication with external stakeholders
