Introduction

• Completed training in the hotel/catering industry or several years of experience in a comparable position in upscale gastronomy
• Experience in the hotel industry or in upscale/premium restaurants
• Very good English skills required; any additional language is an advantage
• Solid knowledge in mixology and a strong service orientation
• Excellent technical knowledge of cocktails and spirits
• Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
• Team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure even in stressful situations
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

Your profile

Your tasks

• Implementation and further development of our classic bar concept with creative ideas and trends
• Preparation and creative mixing of cocktails as well as presentation of fine long drinks
• Comprehensive guest care throughout the entire bar and lounge area, including taking orders, advising, and personal service
• In-depth advice and recommendations of high-quality spirits such as whisky, gin, vodka, and other specialties
• Supervision and organization of the Japanese whisky bar, including presentation and recommendation of fine whiskies
• Independent organization and management of the bar area for smooth service operations
• Ensuring optimal service flow through professional mise en place and efficient working methods
• Responsibility for managing the exclusive Cuban Cigar Lounge, including maintenance of the walk-in humidor and presentation of selected cigars from around the world
• Compliance with and implementation of the high-quality standards of the house to provide guests with an unforgettable experience
