Team Leader Nursing and Care (80 - 100 %) for the Dementia Department
Your impact with us
- Personnel and professional leadership as well as consulting of your nursing team and trainees
- Ensuring nursing and care, especially in critical and complex care situations, according to the wishes of the residents
- Design and evaluation of the nursing process within the reference person system
- Organization of medical visits and interdisciplinary collaboration
- House responsibility as a tertiary specialist
- Participation in the further development of nursing and care
- Collaboration in quality assurance and projects
Your qualifications
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF / FH or an equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment in taking on personnel and professional leadership and responsibility
- Open, empathetic, and proactive personality with strong social skills, who is committed to people with dementia
- Very good oral and written communication skills
