About the job
Your Main Tasks
- Ensuring operational and supply security (24/7) in your area of responsibility, including refrigeration, compressed air, elevator and pneumatic tube systems, operating room systems, doors and gates
- Technical and personnel management of the operational technology department with 13 employees including budget responsibility and team development
- Planning, organizing, and prioritizing all preventive and reactive maintenance work in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders (authorities, planners, suppliers, users, internal trades)
- Technical support for new construction and renovation projects up to successful commissioning; independent management of smaller projects and investments
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, legal regulations, as well as internal guidelines and QMS processes
- Taking on management and workshop on-call duties
Your Profile
- Completed technical vocational training with further education at HF level or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in operations management, maintenance, and building automation (MSRL), ideally in a hospital environment or a comparable 24/7 operation
- Solid leadership experience as well as very good knowledge of relevant legal requirements and technical standards
- Strong organizational, communicative, and conceptual skills
- High IT affinity, very good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance software; interest in digitalization and data management
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Resilient, team-oriented personality with very good German language skills in spoken and written form
