F&B Supervisor (m/f/d)

The Zurich City West hotel complex combines three hotel brands from AccorHotels – Novotel, ibis, ibis budget – and offers 459 rooms accommodating around 1,000 guests.

The 4-star business hotel Novotel Zurich City West has 144 rooms, including 5 suites. In our restaurant "The Flave" we serve à la carte dishes and menus that combine local influences with Mediterranean elegance. Our offer is complemented by a bar, 5 seminar and banquet rooms, two escape rooms, as well as an indoor pool with a fitness room.

To strengthen our F&B team in the late shift, we are looking from March 2026 for a service-oriented, experienced, and responsible personality as F&B Supervisor in full-time 100% (m/f/d).

Job Description

• Welcoming and attending to our international guests in the restaurant, at the bar, and also in our seminar and banquet rooms
• Advising guests on the selection of food and beverages
• Ensuring smooth service operations in our outlets
• Taking on a role model function for the F&B team
• Monitoring compliance and implementation of internal guidelines and standards
• Supporting the F&B Manager with ordering goods
• Receiving and checking invoices and receipts
• Forwarding and handling guest feedback and complaints

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in F&B service, including bar area
• Very good German and English skills
• Responsible, independent working and team leadership skills
• High quality awareness and quick comprehension
• Enjoyment and pleasure in guest contact
• Flexibility
