Tasks & Responsibilities:

• You drive the digitalization of the Hydroenergy & Biomass division and support all business units as well as the hydropower plants we directly manage
• You are responsible for the successful introduction of digital working methods and tools to optimize the operation of hydropower plants – both in Switzerland and Europe
• You lead the Digital Hydroenergy (HTD) department and further develop your team
• You ensure digital expertise and are responsible for product management as well as continuous development in collaboration with other departments
• At least 10 years of professional experience in hydropower, industry, or engineering services with execution experience

Profile & Requirements:

• Degree from an ETH, university, or university of applied sciences as an engineer (electrical engineering or mechanical engineering)
• Business management know-how, ideally with additional training
• Interdisciplinary expertise in areas such as electrical engineering, infrastructure, and plant construction
• You recognize opportunities and risks and can clearly present complex issues
• Structured, analytical thinking and a goal-oriented working style characterize you
