Senior Supporter with Content Management Tasks 80%The Directorate of Economic Affairs of the Canton of Zurich (www.vd.zh.ch) oversees the Office for Labor, the Office for Economy, the Office for Mobility, as well as administratively the Zurich Transport Network (ZVV).
The Office for Labor (AFA), with around 800 employees at 20 locations, contributes to strengthening the Zurich location in the interest of employees and employers.
The Department of Labor Market Measures (AMM), with the offers of individual coaching and a program for temporary employment for highly qualified individuals, is part of the AFA and supports highly qualified job seekers and professionals aged 40+.
As of May 1, 2025, or by agreement, we are looking for a committed personality for the position of Senior Supporter with Content Management tasks 80%
Your tasks:
- Reception and administrative support of participants
- Telephone service and management of central email accounts in German and English
- Triage of participant registrations and appointment bookings
- Programming of questionnaires on web-based programs
- General support services as well as first-level support for questions regarding department-specific IT applications
- Support in preparing reports
- Co-development and derivation of content strategies
- Visual preparation of texts for publication
- Image and video processing
- Ensuring a professional external appearance through appropriate marketing measures
- Onboarding and training of new employees
- Project-specific tasks in coordination with team management
Your profile:
- Commercial employee EFZ (or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign / Premiere Pro) or Canva
- Perfect German and very good English skills, spoken and written
- High service orientation
- Precise working method
- Communicative, discreet, and confident
- Very good MS Office skills
