About the job

We are an owner-managed Swiss family business that has been developing, producing, and assembling plastic parts using injection molding on behalf of customers since 1981. Versatility in individual customer solutions, precision in tool development, efficiency in series production, and flexibility in assembly are our strengths. The SKS team consists of around 100 employees.

To strengthen our team in toolmaking, we are looking for a

Polymechanic / Toolmaker 100% starting March 1, 2026, or by arrangement

These are your tasks

Performing cylindrical and surface grinding work
Operating wire EDM machines
Setting up and operating CNC lathes
Ensuring dimensional and surface quality
Maintenance and care of machines

This is what distinguishes you

Completed basic training as a polymechanic or toolmaker
Professional experience in the production of injection molding or stamping tools is an advantage
Knowledge in wire EDM and grinding or motivation to learn these skills
Independent, reliable, and precise working style
Open and team-oriented personality with a high willingness to learn
