Trust Officer 80-100% (f, m, d)
For our branch in Zurich, we are looking for reinforcement in the fiduciary team. You will have the opportunity to deepen your accumulated experience in various fiduciary mandates in a very broad area. Are you aiming for a career in consulting? Then we look forward to receiving your application.
Your responsibilities
- Managing accounts payable / payment transactions
- Managing financial accounting (including reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers accounts payable / accounts receivable).
- Assisting in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements in collaboration with the mandate manager
- Preparing VAT returns and tax declarations for legal entities
- Managing payroll accounting,preparing social security declarations and salary certificates
- Performing HR administration tasks
- Supporting the training of apprentices (optional)
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial basic training
- Practical experience in fiduciary, accounting, or personnel administration
- Trust or accounting clerk (also in training) is an advantage
- High digital affinity, solid knowledge of MS Office programs
- Confident German skills, English skills at level B2
- Positive work attitude, commitment, and precise working style
- Strong communication skills as well as pronounced team and customer orientation
