Your tasks
Strategic development, implementation, and monitoring of the HR strategy in close coordination with the executive management
Advising the executive management on strategic and operational HR issues as well as representing all personnel matters in the executive board and supervisory board
Building, stabilizing, and further developing the HR organization as well as introducing and optimizing the HR support function
Design and implementation of an efficient, digitized HR service portfolio
Responsibility for the personnel and training budget of UAFP as well as close cooperation with personnel controlling and finance
Responsibility for employer branding and positioning FELIX PLATTER as an attractive employer in collaboration with marketing
Leadership and development of the subordinate HR employees
Representation of the company in external committees and towards third parties (e.g., trade unions, Canton Basel-Stadt, PeKo)
Active participation in the GAV commission as well as in the pension fund committee of the Canton Basel-Stadt
Responsibility for planning and conducting the annual salary round and leading negotiations with social partners

Your profile
University or university of applied sciences degree with advanced HR training (personnel management, MAS HRM or similar)
Solid knowledge in the public law sector and/or hospital industry is an advantage
At least 8–10 years of proven leadership experience in an HR management role
Comprehensive strategic and operational HR and project experience
Multiple stakeholder management with confident handling of trade unions, associations, and personnel commissions
Strong team skills, especially in team building and empowerment
Assertiveness with empathy and an integrative personality
High resilience and endurance
Independent, responsible working style
Excellent contact and communication skills
Analytical and networked thinking
