Your tasks

• Independent preparation of vehicles and components for the painting process
• Sanding, filling, priming, and masking
• Determining, mixing, and adjusting colour tones
• Professional application of base coat, effect paint, and clear coat
• Performing two- and three-coat paint jobs
• Partial painting, spot repair, and minor paint repairs
• Painting of metal and plastic components
• Quality control and independent correction of minor painting defects
• Finishing work for a flawless end result
• Careful and economical handling of materials, tools, and machines
• Collaboration with the body shop and other team members
• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations

Your profile

• Completed training as a car body painter EFZ or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in vehicle painting
• Solid knowledge in vehicle preparation and painting
• Experience in mixing, assessing, and adjusting colour tones
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style
• High quality awareness and a good eye for detail
• Sense of responsibility and careful handling of customer vehicles
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and a positive attitude
• Driving licence category B

Experience with the PPG paint system is an advantage but not a requirement.
