Role and Responsibilities

Your tasks, you…

further develop the Samsung influencer strategy based on global guidelines while considering the specifics of the Swiss market
are responsible for influencer relations management (scouting and research, relationship building, personal support) for Samsung Switzerland
conduct campaigns for local and global influencer marketing activities (concept, implementation, monitoring, reporting) in close coordination with our influencer agency
work closely with European and HQ teams to ensure global framework conditions and create structured performance reports
provide valuable input for the further development of influencer activities of Samsung Switzerland and further develop relationship building with influencers
conduct data-driven campaign management, including performance tracking, optimization, and reporting based on defined KPIs (reach, engagement, sentiments, CPM/CPE)
assist in planning influencer events
work closely with internal stakeholders (brand communication, marketing communication, and e-store team)
are responsible for sample management (ordering, administration, and logistics of all devices for the influencer community)
conduct contract management and are responsible for budget management

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

have a university degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
have at least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing with a specialization in social media and influencer marketing
possess strong analytical skills with experience in KPI-based influencer evaluation (reach, engagement, CPM/CPE)
are proficient with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Co. and have a good sense for trends in social media
have initial experience dealing with content creators/influencers and their management on the agency or company side
are willing to support Swiss influencers at various events worldwide (e.g., for global Unpacked events)
are familiar with MS Office (especially PPT and Excel) and experienced in project management
are fluent in English and German; additional languages (Italian/French) are an advantage
have knowledge of ERP systems and experience with influencer management tools such as Traackr
have a quick grasp with networked thinking and acting and are a team player with strong communication skills
