MPA or FaGe in Oncology at the Medical Outpatient Clinic

(With regular working hours)

If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:

• Scheduling consultation, examination, and therapy appointments for oncology
• Processing internal and external referrals by phone, email, and mail
• Coordinating patient reception
• Various secretarial tasks (medical records, answering emails, telephone service, sending and requesting medical reports, etc.)
• Co-managing outpatient oncology patients in collaboration with the certified nursing staff and the responsible physician
• Active participation in internal projects
• Performing venous and capillary blood draws, subcutaneous injections, and vital function monitoring

Become part of the Clinic for Internal Medicine with training status A, which, with over 2,500 inpatient patients, more than 6,000 emergency cases, and over 450 patients cared for annually in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit, is a central and important service center of the hospital. Our interdisciplinary wards with specialties in acute geriatrics, internal medicine, and surgery are managed under the primary nursing system.

• Basic medical training such as Medical Practice Assistant or Health Specialist with experience in scheduling

• Organizational talent with precise working style and high resilience
• Very good PC skills
• Confident German in spoken and written form and basic conversational English possible
