Project Manager (M/F) at 100%
In this position, your main tasks will be as follows:
Lead and participate in design reviews / project reviews
Coordinate site monitoring with the various trades
Ensure the financial follow-up of a mandate as well as its profitability
Ensure the planning of internal human resources
Ensure the monitoring of the site (schedule, cost, and content) of mandates
Ensure the administrative follow-up of ongoing mandates (management, invoicing, debtors, etc.)
Ensure the quality of services rendered according to our "quality" manual
Ensure the execution of mandates according to the SIA model (108, 118)
Develop pre-dimensioning
Develop submission documents
Develop general estimates
Regularly communicate information or issues related to the mandate to your team
Your profile:
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the field of electrical installations
Successful experience in managing a small team (2 to 3 employees) ideally with an engineering degree or equivalent
Ability to share knowledge and delegate tasks to project managers and technical collaborators
Good knowledge of NIBT, OIBT, ECAI standards
