To strengthen our machining department, we are looking for a versatile and committed person to fill the position of
CNC Mechanic-Setter (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
Your skills
- Federal certificate of capacity (CFC) as micromechanic or polymachinist, or equivalent training considered
- At least 5 years proven experience as a CNC mechanic-setter, ideally in a high precision environment (watchmaking, medical, micromechanics)
- Mandatory mastery of 3 and 5 axis CNC machining centers as well as undeniable skills in conventional lathe and milling machining
- Excellent knowledge of Willemin-Macodel 408B-Fanuc / Chiron Fanuc and Siemens / Robodrill-Fanuc machines
- Knowledge of Bumotec S92 / Crevoisier / BC Technology machines (mechanical engraving) is a real asset
- Skills in milling complex parts with tight tolerances
- Comfortable reading technical drawings and dimensional control of parts, manual and optical
- Knowledge of CNC programming (GibbsCam an asset)
- Autonomous, precise, rigorous and curious
- Analytical mindset, continuous improvement (5S) and good teamwork skills
