We are looking for Sales Managers (m/f/d) in field sales in the Freiburg region for the direct sales of our premium products, as we are currently on a growth path and continue to seek reinforcement for our regional sales team! What are your tasks?

As a Sales Manager in field sales (m/f/d), you will be on the road five days a week to inspire your customers. You will meet them at their respective locations - whether on construction sites, in workshops, or offices. On site, you will not only demonstrate some of the most innovative products in the industry but also market state-of-the-art software solutions such as ON!Track as well as all our services that belong to the Hilti portfolio. Thus, you are independently responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales territory. You plan and organize your workday independently.

Your core task includes managing your existing regional customer base and thus intensively maintaining and deepening our partnership relationships. This way, you will advance your territory in the long term, prove yourself in sales, and lay the foundation for your further career at Hilti.

What you bring:

Very good degree in business and/or technical fields

Ideally, you already have practical experience in sales

You want to use your talent to influence your performance-based salary yourself

Enthusiasm for premium products and services

High level of self-motivation and result orientation

Good self- and time management as well as strong communication skills

Ability and willingness for self-reflection and implementation of feedback
