Your Tasks

You welcome our patients and are responsible for the administrative formalities.

For this, you schedule examinations, plan interventions, and prepare the patients
In addition, you edit radiological reports and are responsible for their dispatch
You are responsible for data maintenance in the image archive and the dispatch of image documentation
Furthermore, you have telephone and written contact with patients, referrers, internal contacts, health insurance companies, and insurers

Your Profile

You have completed your training as a medical secretary or as a medical practice assistant
Ideally, you bring professional experience in the field
Organizational talent, interconnected thinking, and team spirit characterize you – you always keep an overview even in complex contexts.
Conscientious, independent, and quality-conscious work as well as very good IT skills are among your strengths
You have a quick grasp and a sensitive approach to people
