We are looking to expand our team in Bad Zurzach (AG) immediately or by arrangement for a
Team Leader Incoming and Outgoing Goods (100%)
You will lead our dynamic, new logistics team and coordinate smooth processes in our new warehouse in Bad Zurzach (AG). Your team can rely on your professional and personnel organization. You will assist in the establishment and further development of the location and serve as the interface to our other departments. In doing so, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations while never losing sight of the big picture.
Your tasks
- Leading and coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
- Professional and personnel management of logistics staff
- Personnel and resource planning
- Onboarding new employees and training existing staff
- Coordination and quality assurance on-site, including participation in day-to-day operations
- Point of contact for transport service providers and internal departments
- Responsibility for smooth warehouse management (including inventory)
- Building and further developing logistics infrastructure and organization
- Ensuring safety, order, and cleanliness
- Ensuring the efficient use of our warehouse management system
- Ongoing optimization of internal processes and systems
- Deputizing for the small parts warehouse
What is important to us
- You already bring leadership experience, an appropriate qualification (Logistics EFZ), and several years of professional experience in logistics
- You hold a category B driver's license and a current forklift certification (SUVA recognized), and handling counterbalance forklifts is child's play for you
- Thanks to your years of professional experience, you have good MS Office skills and are familiar with warehouse management systems
- With your strong German language skills in both spoken and written form, you can communicate clearly and openly
- Your personal strengths include assertiveness, a sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working
- Thanks to your hands-on mentality, you always keep an overview of the whole
- Your economic thinking helps you to bring in and implement suggestions for improvement
- You bring great flexibility and willingness to work and remain calm even when things get hectic
