For the Sub-ledger group in the Accounting section, we are looking for a

Your tasks

Responsible for the timely and correct processing of invoices in the accounts payable workflow
Clarification of discrepancies and coordination with suppliers
Active collaboration with upstream and downstream departments such as purchasing, general ledger, controlling, and personnel
Participation in projects to further develop accounts payable accounting
Clarification of deviations between orders and invoicing – goods receipt/invoice receipt
Maintenance of accounts payable master data and ensuring data quality
Processing incoming reminders and assisting with monthly and annual closings
Substitution in expense processing using Concur

Your profile

Completed commercial basic training
Preferably further training in accounting (e.g., clerk) or in training to become an accounting specialist
Several years of professional experience in accounting
Experience with accounts payable workflows, ideally xSuite
Experience with SAP, ideally with S/4HANA
Precise and independent working style with a high standard of quality and quantity
