Secretary
Office for Nature and Environment | 60-90% | Chur
We are looking for a secretary for the Office for Nature and Environment starting April 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- You work in a secretarial team responsible for correspondence, mail processing, telephone service, and general administrative and organizational tasks for the entire office.
- Your tasks also include proofreading texts and supporting specialists with their administrative duties.
- You contribute to the digital transformation and other projects.
What we expect from you
- You have completed commercial training and have several years of professional experience.
- You have a very good grasp, enjoy diverse tasks and topics, and are willing to familiarize yourself with changing processes as part of the digital transformation.
- You have good IT user skills and are open to internal company systems.
- You enjoy working closely in a dynamic team and are ready to complete your tasks flexibly and service-oriented.
- Your German skills are confident in spoken and written form. Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage.
