For our general planning department, we are looking for a committed personality for the
Construction Management 80 - 100%
On behalf of investors as well as public and private clients, we supervise and realize larger construction projects. Our services cover the entire construction development cycle and construction execution process, which we offer in the following three business areas: construction trust, cost planning, and general planning.

Your department
You are the competent link between the client, planners, and contractors.
You prepare tenders and conduct offer discussions with the contractors.
You organize and manage the construction site.
You lead the project throughout the entire realization, until acceptance and successful completion.
You have control over the client's schedule, cost, and quality objectives and implement them consistently.

Your profile
You have completed training in architecture FH/HTL, structural draftsman, construction technician, or similar, and possibly additional training in construction management.
You have several years of experience in construction management of building projects in Switzerland.
You describe yourself as a committed and independent personality who appreciates dealing with various
stakeholders.
You are familiar with the use of the construction administration program Messerli, MS Office, and MS Project.
