To strengthen our Youth Career Counseling team in the Integration area at WAS IV Lucerne, we are looking for a service-oriented and resilient personality with high counseling competence to start immediately or by arrangement.

• You are responsible for conducting effective and appropriate career counseling for the cases assigned to you, often in close cooperation with regular and special schools. 
• You conduct initial, location, and evaluation interviews and plan and coordinate the integration process in collaboration with institutions and training companies. 
• You work with internal and external specialists and institutions from the educational, medical, and social sectors as well as the economy. 
• You support and accompany the insured persons during training and work integration. 
• You provide professional support in interdisciplinary meetings and conduct information events.

• You have training in psychology, social work, or social pedagogy and ideally further training in career and vocational counseling or are willing to complete it. 
• Ideally, you already have experience in a counseling role and in dealing with people with disabilities. 
• You are a responsible, communicative, solution-oriented, and resilient personality. 
• You show interest in the diverse aspects of labor integration and also gladly take on administrative and organizational tasks.
