The Wirtshaus Taube delights with grandmother's kitchen based on old original recipes and is equally popular with locals and visitors. It is located in the middle of Lucerne's old town and scores points besides the homemade Lucerne specialties with a small but fine bar, the historic Nadelwehr-Sääli for celebrations of all kinds, and the large terrace directly on the Reuss in summer.

These are the tasks

You ensure the professional cleaning of the kitchen including equipment and work surfaces.
You take care of cleaning the dishes.
You carry out maintenance cleaning in the hotel and public areas.
You always work according to the applicable HACCP guidelines.
