As a Change and Communication Manager, you are responsible for the strategic and operational support of change processes within our organization. You actively shape internal communication and ensure that employees are informed, involved, and motivated.

• Development and implementation of change strategies in close cooperation with managers and project teams
• Design and execution of communication campaigns for change projects
• Consulting and coaching of managers in dealing with changes
• Creation of communication content (presentations, intranet posts, newsletters, etc.)
• Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of change and communication measures

• Completed studies in communication sciences, psychology, business administration, or comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in change management and/or internal communication
• Strong conceptual and communication skills
• Experience in dealing with complex change processes
• Empathy, persuasiveness, and a good sense for different target groups
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
