What to expect
- Gain concrete insights into the varied consulting day-to-day and learn from our experienced consultants - in diverse, pioneering projects across various industries and company sizes.
- Contribute to the development of customer-specific solutions in our team.

- Take responsibility for smaller analyses and research independently.
- Support the project team in preparing project results and presentations.
- Handle internal tasks independently.
- Prepare customer workshops before and after (depending on the project setting, on-site deployment at the customer is also possible).
What you bring
- A bachelor's degree or soon-to-be-completed master's degree with very good academic performance in a technical or business field.
Note: We offer different deployment opportunities and salary models for bachelor’s and master’s degrees. - First relevant practical experience is an advantage.
- Interest in project and process management, digital transformation, IT implementation and optimization, factory and production planning, as well as supply chain management.
- Talent for strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, combined with the passion to master complex tasks together.
- Proficient MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel, as well as clarity in spoken and written language (German/English C1).
