We operate 7 bakery specialty stores with cafés in the Burgdorf-Solothurn region. To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a person with a lot of drive and enthusiasm as a branch manager in Biberist.

- Serving guests in the café
- Advising and selling in the store
- Implementing inventory management
- Dishwashing and cleaning tasks
Your leadership tasks:
- Organizing and planning work shifts
- Implementing the HACCP hygiene concept
- Leading the team
- Managing a branch according to concept and budget guidelines
- Representing your branch within the company
This is what you bring:
- Basic training as a retail specialist or restaurant specialist and in-depth experience in one of these areas
- First leadership experience and basic knowledge of baked goods
- Open leadership style, assertiveness in critical situations, promoting a supportive work culture within the team
- Efficient and motivating working style as well as willingness to learn and implement new things.
- Flexibility regarding work shifts, as we are open 7 days a week
