Chef de Partie (all gender)
In our kitchen team, you can actively contribute to the creation and preparation of dishes in the various outlets of our hotel:
Restaurant Acla – open all day, offers simple and tasty cuisine with Italian influences: oven pizza, fresh pasta, burgers, and dishes for everyone.
Restaurant Segantini – our fine dining restaurant: elegant and creative dishes with a strong connection to the region and carefully selected local products.
Clavadatsch Hut – rustic and atmospheric mountain restaurant in the midst of nature: offers traditional alpine specialties and an authentic atmosphere.
Your tasks:
- Independent management of your station
- Preparation and plating of dishes
- Preparation for à la carte dishes and banquets
- Order and cleanliness at the workplace
- Hygienically flawless storage of food
- Care and maintenance of kitchen utensils and equipment
- Ordering and storage of goods as well as control of goods usage
Your profile:
- Completed chef apprenticeship and equivalent professional experience
- Cost- and environmentally conscious thinking
- Knowledge of general hygiene regulations
- Good Italian skills, German and English are an advantage
- Independent and structured way of working
- High flexibility and commitment
- Guest- and service-oriented thinking
