Your Tasks
You are jointly responsible for the management and organization of a surgical ward. In view of the upcoming move to the newly built hospital and the associated merger of the neurosurgery and ENT wards, your training will take place on both wards. You promote and support the employees in their development, ensure the supervision of new employees, and provide the framework conditions that enable a high level of nursing quality. Constructive, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional collaboration is a matter of course for you.
Your Profile
You are a qualified nurse with at least 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a surgical specialty. You have leadership training or are willing to complete such training. In addition, you possess high social and personal skills as well as good organizational abilities. Your structured thinking and actions characterize you as much as your willingness to change. You are looking for the challenge to lead your team into the future and actively shape it.
