To support the growth of our activity, we want to strengthen our PMS (Portfolio Management System) team and are looking for a Functional Consultant – Wealth & Asset Management (M/F) with at least 3 years of experience in technological project management and/or the Wealth / Asset Management field.
Job Description
Reporting to the Portfolio Management System team, you will support our clients in the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of our solution.
You will be involved in the project, onboarding, and level 3 support phases, in constant interaction with business and technical teams.
Your main tasks:
- Lead the implementation of the PMS solution at our clients (configuration, integrations, controls, tests).
- Provide training and support to end users.
- Analyze client needs and contribute to the prioritization of functional enhancements.
- Collaborate with custodian banks and market data providers (SIX, Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.).
- Participate in quarterly releases, regression testing, and functional documentation.
- Ensure data quality and the consistency of portfolio performance and valuations.
Qualifications
- Experience: minimum 3 years in a similar role (functional consultant, business analyst, project manager, or PMS specialist) in the Wealth / Asset Management, Private Banking, or financial software vendor sector.
- Education: Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Information Systems, Economics, Management, or Computer Science.
- Functional skills:
- Good understanding of financial products, portfolio management, and valuation mechanisms.
- Knowledge of reporting, performance, fees, and retrocessions.
- Familiarity with market data tools and security reference data.
- Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Good knowledge of Jira and Rest API.
- Familiarity with technical environments (Java, HTML, Linux) appreciated.
- Languages:
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
- German is a plus.
