What you can achieve
- In the foyer of the emergency center, you are the contact person for patients and their relatives and support them with all inquiries
- You take responsibility for your work area and, together with other team members, ensure that patients and relatives are optimally cared for
- You make a significant contribution to the safety and well-being of waiting patients and relatives by proactively offering support and conversations as a contact person
- You actively contribute to a good welcoming culture
What you bring with you
- Building relationships with people is important to you
- You love the challenge of a constantly changing environment and always maintain balance
- Good language skills, including German (level B2), are highly valued by the people you care for; any additional language is an advantage
- You can communicate clearly, have a balanced and patient manner, and meet people without judgment
- You see the willingness to work one day on the weekend as well as working hours from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. as an advantage in your daily routine
