Your Challenge

• Personal and competent advice:
• You are the first point of contact for our loyal customers on all health questions and ensure a positive experience.
• Prescription validation and dispensing: You take responsibility for the safe and efficient processing of medical prescriptions.
• Pharmaceutical services: You perform modern services such as vaccinations, NetCare consultations, and health checks or are motivated to further educate yourself in these areas.
• Support of management: You act as an important support in the team and take over the deputy management if needed.
• Holistic care: You actively advise on our wide range of products, which ranges from classic medicines to complementary medical approaches.

Your Profile

• Completed pharmacy studies (federal or recognized diploma as a pharmacist).
• Professional practice license for Switzerland.
• Several years of professional experience in a community pharmacy are an advantage.
• Enjoy active, customer-oriented advice and building long-term customer relationships.
• Interest in modern pharmaceutical services (e.g., FPH title for vaccination counseling is an advantage).

• You are a true team player, think proactively, and bring a high level of initiative.
