Tasks
- Taking over shift responsibility in the closed residential group
- Comprehensive care and support of our residents with dementia
- Ensuring high care quality and compliance with care standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, and relatives
- Co-design and implementation of individual care processes
Profile
- Dipl. Nurse HF or Health Specialist EFZ
- First leadership experience is an advantage
- Experience in long-term care and/or dealing with people with dementia
- Sense of responsibility and enjoyment of teamwork
- Resilience and flexibility
- Experience with BESA is an advantage
