What you can bring to us
- You independently take responsibility for advising and supporting young people in their integration process – from registration to the closure of the process.
- You carefully analyse the initial situation, involve relevant professionals and institutions in case management, and ensure the flow of information.
- You assign measures that promote integration and use your scope for manoeuvre in a targeted manner.
- You plan, coordinate and manage collaboration with external partners such as teachers, employers, institutions, coaches, health professionals and administrative authorities.
- You inform, advise and support your clients in a personalised, solution-oriented and empathetic manner, with the aim of enabling them to access a new professional perspective.
- You actively engage in inter-institutional collaboration and contribute to the development of sustainable and appropriate solutions.
The professional skills we value
- You hold a tertiary qualification in social work, psychology or a related field (e.g. HR, coaching, case management).
- You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in integration or counselling, or as a career changer at least 5 years of leadership experience in similar fields.
- You are familiar with the Swiss education and school system, have a good sensitivity to complex family situations and demonstrate the necessary empathy.
- You are strong in coordination, appreciate networking and think in a solution-oriented way; you enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
- You have a good understanding of the Swiss training system as well as an entrepreneurial spirit.
- You perform administrative tasks related to case management efficiently and in a structured manner, and appreciate both independent work and team exchanges.
- You express yourself fluently in German and French, both written and spoken.
