Your tasks
- Together with the nine-member school management team, you shape the pedagogical and strategic direction of KSA and support its further development in daily school operations.
- You are responsible for assigned school areas and classes and develop them with commitment – always with a view to the whole school.
- You lead part of the teachers with appreciation and clarity and promote constructive, cooperative collaboration.
- Committed and forward-looking, you participate in school development projects such as WEGM, take on school-wide responsibilities, and bring new impulses into the school.
- Through a reduced teaching load, you remain in direct contact with everyday school life and the concerns of students and teachers.
Your profile
- You have a completed university degree with teaching qualification for secondary level II and several years of teaching experience.
- Ideally, you have experience in school leadership or development work and have a CAS further education in school management or are willing to complete one.
- You maintain an appreciative approach, enjoy working in a team, and engage with openness and energy for the school community.
- You understand digital developments and working with ICT as a natural part of contemporary school leadership and school development.
- You are interested in school development, work carefully, and bring a strong sense of school contexts into joint design processes.
