Tasks
- Assist in introducing and accompanying our MNA in their new surroundings.
- Serve as a point of contact and trusted person in all matters.

Skills
- Completed education or vocational training with 2 years of experience.
- Basic MS-Office application knowledge is required.
- Fluent in German (B2) and English (B1), additional languages are a plus.

- Support in a meaningful and well-organized daily structure. Introducing and accompanying our MNA in their new environment
- Assuming the role of contact and trusted person in all matters
- Supporting and contributing to safe accommodation by enforcing house rules, attendance and cleanliness checks, de-escalation talks in conflicts up to taking sanctions
- Organizing as well as guiding and situationally assisting in the internal employment program (Workfare): preparation of cleaning materials and ensuring general housekeeping tasks, laundry and clothing cleaning; enforcing hygiene regulations, supporting cooking and minor repair work
- Organizing and carrying out admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Intervening in emergency and crisis situations, managing conflicts, and supporting in difficult situations
- Supporting close cooperation and coordination with social educators
Requirements
- Completed school education and/or vocational training
- 2 years of professional experience in the asylum and refugee sector desired
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, or special private extract)
- Career changers possible
- German | spoken: B2 | written: B2
- English | spoken: B1 | written: B1
- Any additional foreign language is an advantage
